Our services include, but are not limited to, thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and offices. 2. Booking and Scheduling

3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on the type of service, size of the area, and specific client requirements. A detailed quote will be provided before service commencement. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Revolution Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing for additional services requested on-site or for areas requiring significantly more time than initially estimated due to unforeseen conditions.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24-hour notice: May be subject to a fee up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows: Will be charged the full service amount.
5. Access to Property
The client must provide Revolution Cleaning personnel with safe and unhindered access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may be applied.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all valuables and delicate items are secured or removed prior to our team's arrival.
6. Guarantee and Complaints
Revolution Cleaning is committed to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by previous damage or conditions beyond our control.
7. Client Responsibilities
To facilitate an efficient and effective cleaning service, clients are requested to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the property and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure the work area is reasonably decluttered to allow for thorough cleaning.
- Secure pets during cleaning.
- Inform us of any fragile items or special instructions.
8. Damage and Liability
While our team takes utmost care, accidents can happen. Revolution Cleaning is insured for accidental damage. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the limits of our insurance policy.
We are not liable for damage caused by faulty craftsmanship, pre-existing conditions, or client-supplied cleaning products and equipment.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Revolution Cleaning collects personal information only as necessary to provide our services and manage client accounts. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate service delivery (e.g., payment processing).
